I will write more as I get settled and start back with new recipes and such. Things to look forward to: I think I'm going to sign up for a marathon, probably another 30 Day Challenge, a recipe involving quinoa (I'm determined to make it myself someday), and other fun stuff.

Hectic and Crazy
Got done with finals then moved across the country but life is still at a busy, hectic, and unsettled place. I'd like to say that through it all I have maintained by exercise regime... unfortunately I have not. I am couch hopping around until we can finally move into our apartment in the beginning of February and in the mean time I'm balancing school and my internship... like I've said before lots of excuse not to work out but hey sometime you just have to start over again and that's ok. I am feeling positive because I have remained around the same weight (+/- a couple pounds over the past month or so) of my 30 Day Challenge results. I have noticed that my muscles have left and I've again become a bit softer but I am feeling very motivated that when I start fresh again with working out that my starting weight isn't back where it was before. I have done a pretty good job with portion control and making healthy choices even though I have been eating out a lot. Some of my go to's have been: Starbucks oatmeal with just a little bit of brown sugar, Starbucks bistro boxes, and prepackaged salads from grocery stores (dressing comes on the side so it's easier to control how much you use). When I've eaten less healthy items I've been much better about having half and saving the other half for later.
